WHAT IS WEASPIRE?
Modern leaders of today face unprecedented changes, challenges and opportunities in work and their career paths. Today you can lead without a title, create change with a tweet and inspire the globe with a hashtag.
While the principles of leadership have not changed, the tools and environments we lead in have. The Aspiring Leaders Program is designed to equip new and emerging leaders with practical tools and skills so they are confident, ready to lead and are visible.
Join our leadership community and complete the leadership courses on offer and accelerate your journey to leadership.
WHO IS IT FOR?
This program is suited for people starting their career with at least a couple of years experience who are wanting to get into leadership, preparing for a leadership role or are new to leadership. It is for people who want to clarify their leadership style, develop leadership habits, gain practical leadership skills and experiences and become an influential leader.
ELIGIBLILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible for the Scholarship you must:
Be a member of NAWIC QLD for the 2021/22 financial year
Reside in Queensland
Have either completed any level of tertiary studies and have 3 years industry experience or have 5 years industry experience
Work in the construction industry and/or related industries
